Icons & Symbols
In idle mode, several icons and symbols can be
displayed on the sub-display and main screen. The
status, network and battery icons are displayed all
the time. The rest of the icons are displayed if the
feature is available, and not displayed if the feature
is unavailable.
If the network symbol is not displayed, it implies
that the network is currently unavailable. You may
be in a bad reception area; moving to a different
location may help.
GSM Network - your phone is connected
to the GSM network.
Reception quality - the more bars are
shown the better the reception is..
Battery - Indicates battery level with 5
battery level indicator bars. When
charging, a scrolling icon will be
displayed.
Roaming - Displayed when your phone is
registered to a network other than your
own (especially when you’re abroad).
GPRS attach - Your phone is connected
to the GPRS network.
SMS/MMS message - You have received
a new SMS/MMS message.
SMS full - Memory for messages is full.
Delete old messages to receive new
ones.
Voicemail- You have received a new
voice message.
Home zone - A zone designated by your
network operator. Subscription
dependent, contact your service
provider for details.
Bluetooth - Feature is activated.
Silent - Your phone will not ring when
receiving a call.
Keypad lock - The keypad has been
locked.
Headset - The headset is plugged into the
phone.
WAP notification.
