67 Settings
Memory Management
Restore factory settings
This menu allows you to reset some settings in your
phone to its factory settings.
Enter the phone lock password and press left
softkey/, and press left softkey Yes to confirm.
Sounds
You can set your phone to operate with different
sound profiles. For details, see “Profiles” on
page 66.
Options Description
Storage
settings
Default storage location: Select the
preferred storage location: Phone
memory or Memory card.
Picture prefix name: assign a prefix
name on your picture files.
Video prefix name: assign a prefix name
on your video files.
Memory
status
Displays the percentage of memory
that has been utilized in Contacts,
Messages, JAVA, Phone memory and
Memory card (if available).
Format

If selected, all folders and files you
created will be removed.
Erase
personal
data
If selected, all personal files
(messages, pictures, videos, etc) will
be removed.
Options Description
Call Alert
Mode
Select from Silent, Vibrate only, Ring
only, Vibrate then ring or Vibrate and
ring.
Ring
volume
Select from 6 volume levels.
Default call
ringer
Select from Use theme, Use sound or
Use beep.
Contacts
call ringer
Select from Same as default ringer,
Use sound or Use beep.
Alert
sounds
New message tone: Select from Use
theme, Use sound, beep or None.
Other alert: Select from On, Off or
Beep.
Keytones Turn key sound
On or Off.
