15. Settings
You can configure your phone to best suit your
usage preference. You can configure the following
settings: General, Display, Sounds and Connectivity.
Press , to enter the main menu from idle mode mode
and select Settings. Press < or > to select a settings
menu. Press + or -. Enter the menu options.
General
Phone settings
Time & date Set local time & date:
• Set the time in the format
HH:MM and set the date format.
• Time zone: use the navigation
key to change
the time zone.
• Daylight saving: Set the daylight
saving On (in summer time) or
Off (in winter time). If the
daylight saving is On and you set
the time to 12:00, it will
automatically switch to 11:00
when turning the option to Off.
• Display time: Select On or Off.
When you select On, the time
information will be displayed in
idle screen.
• Time format: Set the time format
as 24 hours or 12 hours.
• Date format: Set the date format
as DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY,
or YYYY/MM/DD.
