If the memory space for events is full, the phone
will prompt you that there is no more space.
When editing date and time, the phone will
display the default or the selected date and time.
You can edit or confirm them directly.
When you change the date and time of your phone,
the next alert will be repeated based on the
modified date and time of the phone.
When you switched off the phone, the organizer alert
will be postponed until the next time you switch on
Create event Event type: Select Task, Anniversary
or Holiday.
Subject: Enter the subject of the
event.
Description: Enter the detailed
information of the event.
Location: Enter the location where
the event will take place.
Start date: Enter the date when the
event starts.
Start time: Enter the time when the
event starts.
End date: Enter the date when the
event ends.
End time: Enter the time when the
event ends.
Alert: Allows you to select among:
No alert, At start time, 5 min.
before, 15 min before, 1 hour before
or 1 day before.
Repetition: Allows you to select
among: No repetition, Every day,
Every week, Every month or Every
year.
Go to one
day
Select a day in the calendar.
Delete all
events
Delete all events in the calendar.
Delete events
between
Enter the Period beginning and
Period end to delete the events
taking place between these two
periods.
Set alert
sound
Select the event alert sound in the
Sounds list
