Wake system with Fixed Time

Enable or disable System wake on alarm
event. When enabled, System will wake on the
hr::min::sec specified.
Wake system with Dynamic Time
Disabled[Default],
Enabled
Enable or disable System wake on alarm
event. When enabled, System will wake on the
current time + Increase minute(s).
