2.1 General description QAS 30 Pd
The QAS 30 Pd is an AC generator, built for continuous running at
sites where no electricity is available or as stand-by in cases of
interruption of the mains.
The generator operates at 50/60 Hz, 230/240 V in line-to-neutral mode
and 400/480 V in line-to-line mode.
The QAS 30 Pd generator is driven by a water-cooled diesel
engine, manufactured by PERKINS.
An overview of the main parts is given in the diagram below.
