Troubleshooting.
In addition, check whether Microsoft Outlook can send and receive email independently of JP1/AJS3 and whether
a dialog box prompting the user to respond appears during email sending or receiving. If Microsoft Outlook cannot
send or receive email independently or the dialog box appears, review the profile and mail account settings.
