and change the status of the Receive JP1 Event job.

The JP1/Base event service specified in the EventServerName environment setting parameter has not yet started.

Because the JP1/Base event service has not started, the system continues processing while retrying the connection.
A log file monitoring job cannot be monitored until the JP1/Base event service starts.

This message appears if you execute a log file monitoring job when the JP1/Base event service has not yet started
or the wrong event server name is specified in the EventServerName environment setting parameter. Restart
the JP1/AJS3 service after making sure that the JP1/Base event service is running and the correct event server name
is set in the EventServerName environment setting parameter.
