Check the following, and then retry:
• Check whether system resources are sufficient.
• Check whether the user who started JP1/AJS3 has superuser privileges or has logged on as a member of the
Administrators group.
Check whether the directory created at JP1/AJS3 installation is unintentionally deleted. If the code indicated in
maintenance-information is -1, this means that the agent process has terminated. Restart JP1/AJS3 on the agent.

An attempt to acquire a communication information file for a monitoring process used in the event/action control agent
has failed.

Places the job in the Ended abnormally status, and continues processing.
