1.2.3 To the system administrators
If an error occurs during operation, collect log information according to the manual Job Management Partner 1/
Automatic Job Management System 3 Troubleshooting, and conduct in an initial check.
To conduct initial check to find the cause of the error, see the log information for the operating system (Windows event
logs in Windows and syslogs in UNIX) and log information output by JP1/AJS3. Prevent the error and take corrective
actions according to the contents of the log information when the error occurred.
In addition, record the operation that caused the error. If possible, check whether the same error occurs repeatedly.
JP1/AJS3 outputs the messages related to the JP1/Base process monitor. When monitoring troubles in JP1/AJS3, also
see the messages related to the JP1/Base process monitor.
