If the account is a user account, see 4.2.3 Changing the JP1/AJS3 service settings (Windows only) in the Job
Management Partner 1/Automatic Job Management System 3 System Design (Configuration) Guide and make
sure that the specified user has the privileges required for the service.
• In UNIX:
Check that the user who executes ajscainetd is a superuser.

The system cannot display the status because status information could not be obtained in JP1/AJS3 Console Agent on
the monitoring destination host.

Check whether JP1/AJS3 - Manager has been installed correctly on the monitoring destination host.
If JP1/AJS3 - Manager on the monitoring destination host is running in a cluster configuration, this message may
appear, triggered by a failover. In this case, wait until the failover finishes, and then choose View and then Refresh.

The system cannot display the status because the specified scheduler service does not exist on JP1/AJS3 - Manager on
the monitoring destination host, or because JP1/AJS3 - Manager has not been set up on the host to be monitored.

Specify the correct scheduler service name in AJS3 unit name in the Define Details dialog box.
Also make sure that JP1/AJS3 - Manager has been set up on the host specified in Host name.
