host to be monitored, and thus connection cannot be made.

method on the receiving side for physical hosts. If the IP binding method is set, specify the IP address assigned to
the name of the host to be monitored in the Define Details dialog box, or specify a host name that can be associated
with the IP address.

User mapping failed. The user was not associated with an OS user at the monitoring destination.
The system cannot display the status because user mapping failed at the monitoring destination. The following lists the
possible causes.
In the JP1/Base user mapping settings on the monitoring destination host, no OS user has been mapped to the JP1
user from JP1/AJS3 Console Manager at the connection destination.
In the JP1/Base user mapping settings for the monitoring destination host, the OS user mapped to the JP1 user has
been deleted from the OS settings or the password has been changed.
In the JP1/Base password management settings on the monitoring destination host, the OS user to be mapped to the
JP1 user has not been registered.
In the JP1/Base user mapping settings on the monitoring destination host, if the host name for JP1/AJS3 Console
Manager is specified as a server host name, the host name for JP1/AJS3 Console Manager cannot be determined to
be a host name.
