Use log information such as the Windows event log or the syslog on the host for JP1/AJS3 Console Manager to
examine the error. Then, correct the cause of the error according to the check results.

A configuration definition parameter that must be defined does not exist or is specified incorrectly at the connection
destination.
The system cannot perform processing because the environment settings for JP1/AJS3 Console Manager at the
connection destination contain an error. The probable causes are:
• JP1/AJS3 Console Manager has not been set up at the connection destination.
• The directory specified in the DATADIRECTORY environment setting parameter does not exist.
• If JP1/AJS3 Console Manager is running in a cluster configuration, a failover is being performed.

Correct the cause of the error, and then log on again.
If a failover is being performed in a cluster configuration, wait until the failover finishes, and then log on again and
choose File and then Reconnect.
If you changed an environment setting parameter for JP1/AJS3 Console Manager, you must restart the JP1/AJS3
Console Manager service to validate the changed parameter.
If you uninstalled and then re-installed JP1/Base after setting up JP1/AJS3 Console Manager, you must set up JP1/
AJS3 Console Manager again.
