You can change the maximum number of connections in the environment settings for JP1/AJS3 Console Manager.
Change the value of the MAXSESSION environment setting parameter as required.

Check whether JP1/AJS3 Console Manager is normal. In some cases, JP1/AJS3 Console Manager takes a lot of
time to perform processing. When you update definition information, check whether the update was successful. The

Communication access was denied at the connection destination.
The connection destination cannot be connected because the JP1/Base settings on the connection destination disable
connection to the destination with the host name or IP address specified on the connection host.

Check whether the JP1/Base settings on the connection destination specify the IP binding method on the receiving
side for physical hosts. If the IP binding method is set, specify the IP address assigned to the host name of the
connection destination or specify a host name that can be associated with the IP address.

The user name or password is invalid.
The user cannot log in because the JP1 user name or password is incorrect.

Log in by entering the JP1 user name and password registered in the Access Control server at the connection
destination.
If you cannot correct the problem, contact the system administrator. If the primary authentication server is blocked,
the system administrator must check whether the authentication information on the primary authentication server is
synchronized with the authentication information on the secondary authentication server.
