12 Fault Analysis
12.1 Process of Fault Analysis See Fig.12-1
The circuit breaker is
tripped (or the fuse is
burnt).
Neither the indoor nor
indoor unit can be
started.
The air conditioner
cannot be started.
The sensor is in open circuit
or the
适中功能 is activated.
Switch assembly failure
The motor cutoff to lock the
compressor is activated.
The protection of compressor
windings is activated.
Series communication fault
between the indoor and
outdoor unit.
Check the remote
controller
Check the condition of
power supply.
Check the circuit breaker
and measure the
short-circuit resistance.
Measure the insulation
resistance to the ground.
Tripping occurs immediately
after the circuit breaker is set
to "ON".
The circuit breaker is disconnected
several minutes after the air
conditioner is switched to "ON".
Failure to the remote
controller
No power supply.
