AutoSort Connect valve bank kit

The AutoSort Connect valve bank kit (model KASC-VALVE) is a complete replacement set of valve

banks with wires, hoses, and mounting hardware for your AutoSort Connect scale head.

 Switch off the power to the AutoSort Connect before servicing the unit.

 Disconnect only the wires and hoses specified in the instructions.

Removing the old valve bank 1. Switch off the power to the AutoSort Connect. 2. Shut off the air supply to the valve bank. 3. Remove the plug from the valve bank. 4. Label and then remove the sorter control hoses (headgate, tailgate, and so on) from the valve bank. 5. Loosen the four screws in the front cover and then swing it open. 6. Label and then remove the air intake and exhaust hoses from the valve bank. 7. Gently disconnect the valve wires from the connectors on the circuit board. 8.
