REMOTE COMMANDS & CONFIRMATIONS
Your iDatastart remotes contain multiplexing technology which allows for multiple functions using the same
button. Please take a moment to get acquainted with the following functions below:
NOTES:
1. Non-highlighted icons = Press & release button
2. Highlighted (grey) icons = Press & hold button for 2.5 seconds
3. Coma (,) between icons = Press buttons one after the other
4. Timeout between each button press = 3 seconds
COMMAND Lock & Arm
BUTTON
DESCRIPTION
Secures your vehicle by locking the doors and arming
the alarm.
CONFIRMATION 1 chime + 1 flash
COMMAND Unlock & Disarm
BUTTON
DESCRIPTION
Accesses your vehicle by unlocking the doors and
disarming the alarm.
CONFIRMATION 2 chimes + 2 flashes
COMMAND Engine Start
BUTTON
DESCRIPTION Starts the engine.
CONFIRMATION
4 chimes + 4 flashes (Button LEDs will also flash
intermittently while engine is running)
