6.12 Homelink
Some vehicles may require the ignition be turned
on to program the HomeLink
®
Button.
tip
WARNING! Ensure to have hand brake on whilst setting
homelink button and do not allow anything to stay in or
near the path of the door. Keep people away until the door
is completely opened or closed.

6.12.1 Coding in the HomeLink
®
button
a. Press and hold the two outside buttons on the HomeLink
®
system until the
LED starts to blink, release buttons.
b. Hold the ATA single button remote control

in hand and position it 1-3
inches (3-8cm) from the HomeLink
®
button as in 6.12.1.
c. Press and hold the desired HomeLink
®
button and ATA single button
3B
at
the same time until the HomeLink
®
LED changes from a slow blink to a rapid
blink.
d. Release both buttons. The HomeLink
®
button is ready to be coded into the
ATS-Series garage door operator.
6.12.2 Coding HomeLink
®
button into the ATS-Series Operator
a. Press the MODE button repetitively until the TRANSMIT LED is flashing
slowly.
b. Press and release the CLOSE button
- operator will start to flash and
beep slowly for 20secs to allow the user to go to the car.
c. After 20 seconds the operator will start to beep and flash quickly. Press and
hold the HomeLink
®
button to be code set for 2 secs.
d. Release the HomeLink
®
button for 5 seconds, then press and hold the same
HomeLink
®
button again for 2 secs - the flashing and beeping will stop.
e. Test the operation of the HomeLink
®
button.
6.12.3 Erasing all HomeLink
®
buttons from the ATS-Series Operator
a. Press the MODE button repetitively until the TRANSMIT LED is flashing
slowly.
b. Press and hold MODE button.
c. The operator will start to flash and beep after 5 seconds. When the flashing
and beeping stops, release the MODE button.
Park the vehicle outside of the garage where the
opening is clearly visible and leave window down to
hear sounds.

Keep the ATA Single Button Remote Control

in a safe place
for future use. This will be needed if and when you change cars.
