Can’t use my Home App.

How can you pair the Hub from Home App

It is possible to use the Home App as an alternative option to be provisioning the Hub on the Wi-fi and then start the configuration on the

Automata App.

Pair the Hub with the Home App first.

Select “Settings” and go to “Password and

Security”, check if the Two-Factor

Authentication is ON . If not, you need enable

this option in order to use with HomeKit.

If you are not able to scan the QR

code using the Homekit App, check if

your apple ID account has the Two-

Factor Authentication On

Make sure that you removed

the Hub from the Automate

App.

Press and hold the “P” button

on the back of the Hub until the

LED becomes green.

Select “Add Accessory” and

scan the QR Code on the

bottom of the Hub.

After the Home App is paring

you can go back to Automate

App and conclude the pairing

rocess.
