Mudbox Network Licensing
Install the IPv4 or IPv6 versions of Network
License Manager
For Windows, you can install the IPv4 version of the Network License Manager
from the Tools and Utilities tab in your Autodesk product installer. For Mac
OS X or Linux, you can find the Autodesk licensing tools on your product
DVD, download package, or at www.autodesk.com/licensetools.
If you need to install other versions of the Network License Manager, you can
do so from Autodesk.com at the following locations:
■ www.autodesk.com/nlm-ipv4-windows (Same version as in Tools and Utilities
tab.)
■ www.autodesk.com/nlm-ipv4-mac
■ www.autodesk.com/nlm-ipv4-linux
■ www.autodesk.com/nlm-ipv6-windows
■ www.autodesk.com/nlm-ipv6-mac
■ www.autodesk.com/nlm-ipv6-linux
Install the Network License Manager (Mac
OS X)
To install the Network License Manager
1 Navigate to the NetworkLicenseManager folder on your product DVD,
or in the package you downloaded.
2 Do one of the following:
■ (DVD) Double-click the Network License Manager package icon.
■ (Download) Double-click the Network License Manager .dmg, then
double-click the Network License Manager package icon.
The Install Autodesk NLM wizard appears.
3 Click Continue to begin the installation, then follow the instructions
in the installer to install the Network License Manager tools.
4 Click Close when you see the Install Succeeded message.
