Check for New Online Content Specifies how often Communication Center checks for new content.
Use Animated Transition Effects for Panels Check to animate panel transitions.

Search Locations Node
Use the Search Locations node to identify content (documents, Web locations, and files) to be searched, as well
as the name that displays for each location and the number of results to display for each.
Used by other Autodesk products, customizing search locations is not enabled in Autodesk Navisworks.

Communication Center Node
Use the Communication Center node to set the maximum age of the articles displayed on the Communication
Center panel.
Hide Results Which Are More Than X Days Old Select this check box to have InfoCenter hide search results
older than the numeric value you specify.
CAD Manager Channel Used by other Autodesk products to specify the RSS feeds published by a CAD manager,
the CAD Manager Channel is not enabled in Navisworks.
Display Name Type the name to be displayed in the Search Results panel.

Use the settings on this page to adjust the settings for Communication Center.
By default, all available channels are selected. You cannot add or remove channels from the grid, and you cannot
edit data in the grid.
Select Channels to Display in the Communication Center Panel Select the channels and the number of articles
you want to display in the Communication Center panel.

Balloon Notification Page
Use the settings on this page to adjust balloon notifications.
Enable Balloon Notification for These Sources Select this check box to enable balloon notifications in the
product. Balloon notifications appear over the InfoCenter box when any new information is available from the
selected sources.
Live Update Channel (New Software Updates) Select this check box to receive balloon notification of available
software updates.
Product Support Information Channel Select this check box to receive balloon notification of new product
information.
CAD Manager Channel The CAD Manager Channel is not enabled in Navisworks.
RSS Feeds Select this check box to receive balloon notification of new RSS feeds.
Number of Seconds Balloon Notification Displays Enter a numeric value to indicate the amount of time to
display balloon notifications.
