Print Current Viewpoint
When the print option is selected, Autodesk Navisworks prints the current viewpoint scaled to fit and centered
on the page.
NOTE If you would prefer to export an image for printing, see “Export an Image” on page 316 for more information.
To print the current viewpoint
1 Click Output tab ➤ Print panel ➤ Print
.
2 Check the printer settings are as required, and click OK.
NOTE The maximum image size is 2048x2048 pixels.
The Properties button controls printer-specific ink and paper settings.

Import Files
The import option inputs Intergraph PDS review data, including: PDS Tags (.tag) and PDS Display Sets (.dst).
It is also possible to import various data that has been exported from previous Autodesk Navisworks sessions.
Search Criteria Files
Search criteria can be imported into Autodesk Navisworks. This will populate the Find Items window. The search
can then be run on the current model, finding any items that match the specific criteria. See “
Find Items Window”
on page 225 for more information on searching the model for items based on their properties.
To import saved search criteria
1 Click the application button ➤ Import ➤ Search XML .
2 In the Import dialog box, locate the desired search XML file.
