TimeLiner Select this check box if you want to find the comments attached to TimeLiner tasks. Clearing this
check box excludes the comments related to TimeLiner from the search results.
Viewpoints Select this check box if you want to find the comments attached to viewpoints. Clearing this check
box excludes the comments related to viewpoints from the search results.
Redline Tags Select this check box if you want to find the comments attached to redline tags. Clearing this
check box excludes the comments related to redline tags from the search results.
Selection Sets Select this check box if you want to find the comments attached to selection and search sets.
Clearing this check box excludes the comments related to selection and search sets from the search results.
Find Redline Tags
You can search for redline tags the same way as you search for comments. You can also use a quick find
functionality specifically designed to work with redline tags.
To find redline tag
1 Click Review ➤ Tags ➤ Find Tag by ID.
2 In the Find Tag dialog enter the tag ID.
3 Click OK. You are automatically taken to the appropriate viewpoint.
To navigate through redline tags
1 Open the Comments window.
2 Click Review ➤ First Tag. The tag comment is shown in the Comments window, and the Scene View
displays the viewpoint with the first redline tag.
3 To navigate through the tags in your scene:
■ Click Review ➤ Tags ➤ Next Tag to find the tag following the current tag.
■ Click Review ➤ Tags ➤ Previous Tag to find the tag preceding the current tag.
■ Click Review ➤ Tags ➤ Last Tag to find the last tag in the scene.
4 Click Review ➤ Tags ➤ Current Tag to select the current tag.
