NOTE Once redlining has been added, subsequent changes to the viewpoint due to navigation will not be saved.
In order to save a different viewpoint, the redlining must first be removed using the redline Erase tool.
Add Review Comments and Redlines
You can add comments and redlines to clash results. For more information, see Comments and Redlines on
page 216.
Time-Based and Soft Clash Test Results
To review time-based clash results
1 In the Clash Detective window, set up and run a time-based clash test (see
Time-Based Clashing on page
387).
2 Click the Results tab.
3 Select the Simulation check box in the Display area.
4 If the TimeLiner window is not already open, click Tools TimeLiner, and click the Simulation tab.
5 In the Clash Detective window, Results tab, select a clash in the Results list.
6 The simulation slider in the TimeLiner window is moved to the exact point at which the clash occurs. You
can move the slider to investigate the events happening immediately before and after the clash.
7 Repeat this process to review all found clashes.
To review soft clash results
1 In the Clash Detective window, set up and run a soft clash test (see
Soft Clashing on page 388).
2 Click the Results tab.
