Using Styles to Format Annotations
In
Setting Up Drawings on page 203, you learned about Style and Standard
Editor. Default styles associated with the drafting standard are available in the
Style and Standard Editor, where they can be edited, and new styles created,
as necessary.
Styles control the annotation formatting. Using the Style and Standard Editor,
you can see that some styles refer to other styles. For example, the settings in
the text style specify the dimension text. Whenever the text style changes, all
styles that reference it also update.
Working with Tables
Tables in drawings are useful for data that can be presented in tabular format.
They are formatted by styles, and can be customized to suit many purposes.
Hole Tables are formatted by the Hole Table style, Parts Lists are formatted by
the Parts List style and Configuration and General tables are formatted by the
Table style.
