From the Utilities menu, choose Layer Manager.

In the left pane of the Layer Manager, right-click,
and select New Group ➤ User.

Type a name for the new layer group.

To add layers to the new layer group, select a
layer in the right pane of the Layer Manager and
drag it into the layer group.
To create a filter group

layer group, right-click, and select New

Filter.

Type a name for the new filter layer group.

In the Layer Filter Properties dialog box, select
Dynamic or Static.

Set the filter criteria.

After you finish setting the filter criteria, click OK.
