Chapter 1 Introduction

The following task shows you how to locate a topic title in the Help file.

To use the online Help to locate a topic title

Steps

Start Help by using one of the methods listed in the Accessing Help Files list in

“How to Use Online Help” in this chapter.

The Help window appears as shown in the following illustration.

NOTE If you have not previously used the Find tab, then the Find Setup

Wizard prompts you to create a word search database. Click Next

to proceed through the wizard. When the wizard has created the

database, the Find tab is displayed.

In the first edit box on the Find tab, type the Help topic title that you want to

find. Each topic that has similar keywords is displayed in the third box on the

dialog box.

Scroll down to the topic title you are searching for.

Click the name of the topic, and then click Display to view the Help topic.

You can print the topic by selecting Print

you can view relevant topics by

clicking the green, underlined text; or you can return to the Find tab by clicking

Help
