There are 16 pre-defined point codes. Point code numbers 1724 are not
currently used. Point codes from 25100 are user defined and can represent any
position on the template.
When you are formatting a Text Label, Distance Label, or Block Label, you can
specify any of the cross section template point codes as the Code Category. Each
point code shares the same Codes, which are listed beneath the first point code
number below.
