Configuring the Grading Appearance Settings
To control the layer, linetypes, colors, and visibility of a grading object, change
the grading appearance settings.
To configure the grading appearance settings

Access the grading appearance settings.
If you want to Then
create a grading object from the Grading menu, choose Slope
Grading ä Grading Wizard. You are prompted at
the command line to select an existing polyline,
line, arc, or grading object to start the Grading
Wizard.
You can also access these settings on the Grading
menu, by clicking Slope Grading ä Settings.
Select the Appearance tab.
edit an existing grading object from the Grading menu, choose Slope
Grading ä Grading Properties. You can also
select an object in your drawing and right-click to
display the shortcut menu, and select Grading
Properties. Select the Appearance tab.
