The light has been changed to have a web distribution with the web
settings from the IES file.

System Variables
DEFAULTLIGHTING
Turns on and off default lighting in place of other lighting.
DEFAULTLIGHTINGTYPE
Specifies the type of default lighting, old or new.
LIGHTGLYPHDISPLAY
Turns on and off the display of light glyphs.
LIGHTINGUNITS
Controls whether generic or photometric lights are used, and specifies the
