Imports an Autodesk

FBX file, which can contain objects, lights, cameras
and materials.

Ribbon: Insert tab ➤ Import panel ➤ Import
Summary
The FBX Import Options dialog box (a
standard file selection dialog box on
page 1311) is displayed. Once you select an FBX file, the
FBX Import Options
on page 803 dialog box is displayed.
If you enter at -fbximport the command prompt,
options are displayed on
page 805.
