Specifies insertion options, such as scale, rotation, and geographic location
information.
Summary
Specifies the insertion point for the point cloud. The point cloud is inserted
at the specified coordinates, based on the location of the Insertion object snap.
If geographic location information exists in both the current drawing and the
point cloud file, then you can insert the file based on that data.
