Reference Specifies the reference angle and the new angle.
Reference (starting) angle. Sets the start point for the angle.
Ending angle. Sets the endpoint for the angle. The difference between the
starting angle and the ending angle is the computed rotation angle.

Offset Offsets faces equally by a specified distance or through a specified point.
A positive value increases the size or volume of the solid. A negative value
decreases the size or volume of the solid.

NOTE The size of holes inside a solid object that is offset decreases as the volume
of the solid increases.
