9 In the DWF6 ePlot Properties dialog box, click OK.
10 In the Plotter Configuration Editor dialog box, click OK.
11 In the Changes to a Printer Configuration File dialog box, click one of the
following:
■ Apply Changes for the Current Plot Only
■ Save Changes to the Following File, then enter the file name.
12 In the Plot dialog box, in the Location list, specify a plotting location for
the DWF file, and then click OK.

Edit Pen Patterns for the DWF File
In the Edit Pen Set dialog box, you can specify pen pattern, width, shape,
effect, and other settings such as scaling and global pen widths. The changes
you make in the Edit Pen Set dialog box are saved in the plotter configuration
file.
Note To edit pen patterns when using DWF6 ePlot, you must select 255 Virtual
Pens as your color depth.
To edit the Edit Pen Set dialog box for the DWF file
1 On the File menu, click Plot.
2 In the Plot dialog box, click the Plot Device tab.
3 In the Plotter Configuration area, from the Name list, select a DWF plot-
ting device, and then click Properties.
4 In the Plotter Configuration Editor, choose the Device and Document Set-
tings tab, and then expand the Graphics node in the tree window. Choose
Vector Graphics, and in the Color Depth Area, select 255 Virtual Pens as
your color depth, then select Custom Properties from the tree window.
5 In the Access Custom Dialog area, click Custom Properties.
6 In the DWF6 ePlot Properties dialog box, click Edit Patterns.
7 In the Edit Pen Set dialog box, right-click a field.
8 Select from the menu of common settings, or click Properties to display
the Pen Properties dialog box where you can modify the attributes for
each individual pen set.
9 In the Pen Properties dialog box, click OK.
