To edit the list of fonts eligible for capture in the DWF file
1 On the File menu, click Plot.
2 In the Plot dialog box, click the Plot Device tab.
3 In the Plotter Configuration area, from the Name list, select a DWF plot-
ting device, and then click Properties.
4 In the Plotter Configuration Editor, Device and Document Settings tab,
select Custom Properties from the tree window.
5 In the Access Custom Dialog area, click Custom Properties.
6 In the DWF6 ePlot Properties dialog box, under Font Handling, select Cap-
ture Some.
7 Select Edit List.
Note Capturing fonts within the DWF file does cause the file size to
increase. To minimize file size, the True Type fonts that are common to all
Windows platforms are by default not selected in the list. Even though they
have no check marks beside them, they are embedded in the DWF6 file. You
should select all other True Type fonts that you have installed to ensure they
are captured for embedding in the DWF6 file. Only the fonts that are needed
are embedded in the file.
8 In the Available True Type Fonts dialog box, select the fonts that you want
to be eligible for capture in the DWF file, and then click OK.
