Link Database Records to Graphical Objects | 745
By default, only table records linked to the current drawing selection set are
displayed in the Data View window. You can change the settings in the Data
View and Query Options dialog box to display all records, if desired.
To automatically view graphical objects that are linked to a set of table
records
1 In the dbConnect Manager, double-click a table to open it.
2 In the Data View window, select a link template from the Link Template
list.
3 In the Data View window, click the AutoView Linked Objects in Drawing
button.
4 In the Data View window, select one or more records.
Any corresponding linked graphical objects are selected in the drawing
area.
5 Repeat step 4 to select additional linked graphical objects.
6 Repeat step 3 to turn off the AutoView Linked Objects mode.
To automatically view table records that are linked to a selection set of
objects
1 In the dbConnect Manager, double-click a table to open it.
2 In the Data View window, select a link template from the Link Template
list.
3 In the Data View window, click the AutoView Linked Records in Data View
button.
4 In the drawing area, select one or more graphical objects.

To specify additional link viewing settings

settings as desired.
3 Choose OK to save your changes and close the dialog box.
