3 In the Page Setups dialog box, select the page setup you want to use when
you plot the batch plot list.
To use a page setup from a drawing or template that is not in the batch plot
list
1 In the Batch Plot window, select one or more drawings.
2 On the Options menu, click Page Setups.
3 In the Page Setups dialog box, under Load Page Setups from Drawing or
Template, click the [...] button.
4 Select the drawing that contains the page setup you want to use.
5 Click Open.
The page setups from that drawing are displayed in the Page Setups list.
To specify a plot device
1 In the Batch Plot window, select one or more drawings.
2 From the Options menu in the Batch Plot utility, choose Plot Devices.
3 In the Plot Devices dialog box, under Plot Devices, select a plotter for the
selected drawing or drawings.
4 To view the description for each plotter in the list, choose Show Plot
Device Description.
5 If the plotter you want to use is not in the Plot Devices list, choose Browse
to locate the plotter configuration (PC3) file for the plotter you want to
use.
6 Choose OK.
To adjust plot settings
1 In the Batch Plot window, select one or more drawings.
2 From the Options menu in the Batch Plot utility, choose Plot Settings.
3 In the Plot Settings dialog box, adjust any of the following settings:
■ Under Plot Area, select the portion of the drawing to plot.
■ Under Plot Scale, specify the scaling for the plot. The default scale
setting is 1:1 when plotting a layout. The default setting is Scaled to Fit
when plotting the Model tab.
■ Under Plot to File, specify the file name and location if you are plotting
to a file.
4 Choose OK.
