To create a batch plot journal log
1 From the File menu in the Batch Plot utility, choose Logging.
2 In the Logging dialog box, under Plot Journal, select Enable Journal
Logging.
3 Under File Name, enter a name and location for the journal log file.
4 Select Overwrite to overwrite an existing journal log file, or select Append
to add the results to an existing journal log file.
5 Under Header and Comment, you can enter descriptive text to add to the
start of the log file.
6 Choose OK.
To create a batch plot error log
1 From the File menu in the Batch Plot utility, choose Logging.
2 In the Logging dialog box, under Error Log, select Enable Error Logging.
3 Under File Name, enter a name and location for the error log file.
4 Select Overwrite to overwrite an existing error log file, or select Append to
add the results to an existing error log file.
5 Under Header, you can enter descriptive text to add to the start of the error
log file.
6 Choose OK.
To specify the layouts to plot
1 In the Batch Plot window, select one or more drawings.
2 From the Options menu in the Batch Plot utility, choose Layouts.
3 If you selected one drawing, do one of the following:
■ Choose Show all Layouts to update the list of layouts with all the lay-
outs available in the drawing. Select the layout or layouts you want to
plot from the list.
■ From the list of layouts, choose Current Tab, Model Tab, or Last Active
Layout Tab.
4 If you selected more than one drawing, from the list of layouts, choose
Current Tab, Model Tab, Last Active Layout Tab, or All Layout Tabs.
5 Choose OK.
To specify the page setup to use when plotting
1 In the Batch Plot window, select one or more drawings.
2 From the Options menu in the Batch Plot utility, choose Page Setups.
