3 Choose Open.
The list is added at the end of the current list.
To remove a drawing from the batch plot list
1 In the Batch Plot list, select the drawing you want to remove.
2 From the File menu in the Batch Plot utility, choose Remove.
To open an existing BP3 file
1 From the File menu in the Batch Plot utility, choose Open List.
If you have a list in the Batch Plot window, you are prompted to save it.
2 In the Open Batch Plot List File dialog box, select the BP3 file you want to
open.
3 Choose Open.
To create a new BP3 file
■ From the File menu in the Batch Plot utility, choose New List.
If you have a list in the Batch Plot window, you are prompted to save it.
The Batch Plot window is cleared, and you can add new drawings to the
list.
To save a BP3 file
1 From the File menu in the Batch Plot utility, choose Save List.
2 In the Save Batch Plot List File dialog box, enter a name for the batch plot
list file.
The Batch Plot utility appends .bp3 to the file name.
To test the batch plot
1 From the File menu in the Batch Plot utility, choose Plot Test.
The Plot Test Results window displays status, warning, and error messages.
2 If you want to store the results in the log file, choose Append to Log.
3 If you want to save the results in a text file, choose Save As.
4 Choose OK.
To perform a batch plot
■ From the File menu in the Batch Plot utility, choose Plot.
If the drawing is plotted successfully, a check mark is displayed next to the
drawing name in the list. If the drawing fails to plot, an X is displayed next
to the drawing name.
