Align Views in Layout Viewports
You can arrange the elements of your drawing by aligning the view in one
layout viewport with the view in another viewport.
For angled, horizontal, and vertical alignments, pan the view in one viewport
in relation to a base point specified in another viewport.
To align objects between viewports using a construction line
1 Make sure you are on a layout tab.
2 From the Draw menu, choose Construction Line.
