Fit Diameter Dimension Text
You can draw several different diameter dimensions depending on text place-
ment, horizontal settings on the Text tab and whether you select the Always
Draw Dim Line Between Ext Lines options on the Fit tab.
To place text within extension lines
1 From the Dimension menu, choose Style.
2 In the Dimension Style Manager, select the style you wish to change and
choose Modify.
3 In the Modify Dimension Style dialog box, Fit tab, under Fit Options,
select an option.
4 Choose OK to exit the Modify Dimension Style dialog box.
5 Choose Close to exit.
If there is enough room, text is fit between extension lines.

To force an internal line and choose a fit option
1 From the Dimension menu, choose Style.
2 In the Dimension Style Manager, select the style you wish to change and
choose Modify.
3 In the Modify Dimension Style dialog box, Fit tab, Under Fine Tuning,
select Always Draw Dim Line Between Ext Lines.
4 Under Fit Options, select an option.
