To display prompts in tooltips
1 Click Tools menu ➤ Drafting Settings.
2 In the Drafting Settings dialog box, Dynamic Input tab, under Dynamic
Prompts, check Show Command Prompting and Command Input Near
the Crosshairs.
3 Click OK.
