2 Click Output tab Plot panel Page Setup Manager.
3 In the Page Setup Manager, Page Setups area, select the page setup that
you want to modify.
4 Click Modify.
5 In the Page Setup dialog box, under Drawing Orientation, do one of the
following:
If your drawing is horizontal, select Landscape.
If your drawing is vertical, select Portrait.
To rotate 180 degrees, select either Portrait or Landscape, and then
select Plot Upside-Down.
6 Click OK.
7 In the Page Setup Manager, click Close.

You can create a new layout using the Create Layout wizard.

A paper size to use for the layout
The orientation of the drawing on the paper
A title block
