Inserting Chains
To insert a chain
1 Start the Draw Chain/Belt Links command.

Content ➤ Chains / Belts ➤ Draw Chain/Belt
Links
Menu
AMCHAINDRAWCommand
2 In the Select Belt and Chain dialog box, Buttons tab, choose Chains.
Respond to the prompts:
Select polyline: Select the polyline near point 9
Select starting point on polyline: Select a point on the polyline
3 In the Select a Chain dialog box, select ISO 606 Metric.
4 In the Chains - Size Selection dialog box, select ISO 606 05B - 1, and then
choose Next.
5 In the Chains - Geometry selection dialog box, specify:
Number of Links: 121
Click Finish.
6 Respond to the prompts:
