Merging and Splitting Items In Parts Lists
Use the Parts List function to merge like items that are listed repeatedly.
To merge items in a parts list
1 In the Parts List dialog box, select the repeated items -Needle Roller
Bearing. Click the box in front of item 1, and then hold down CTRL while
you click the box in front of item 6.
2 With items 1 and 6 selected, choose the Merge items icon.
