To create a breakout section view
1 Create a base view type.
2 In the Create Drawing View dialog box, specify:
View Type: Base
3 On the Section Tab, specify
Type: Breakout
Hatch: Selected
4 Click OK.
5 Respond to the prompts:
Select first parent view for breakout view:
Select the orthogonal view
Specify location of base view:
Drag just above the base view, click to select the location, press ENTER
