To sweep dissimilar shapes
1 Sweep two dissimilar shapes along two nonparallel rails, responding to the
prompts.
Desktop Menu Surface ➤ Create Surface ➤ Sweep
Select cross sections: Select first shape (1)
Select cross sections: Select second shape (2) and press ENTER
Select rails: Select first rail (3)
Select rails: Select second rail (4)
2 In the Sweep Surface dialog box, choose OK to accept the default settings.
The swept surface should look like this.
3 Use the Extents option of
ZOOM to redisplay all the wireframes and select the
object for the next exercise.
