Adding Shell Features to Models | 357
3 In the Shell Feature dialog box, specify:
Multiple Thickness Overrides: New
Thickness: Enter 6
Choose Add, and respond to the prompts as follows:
Select faces to add: Specify a point on the model (1)
Select faces to add: Specify a second point (2)
Select faces to add: Press
ENTER
Choose OK to exit the dialog box.
4 Update the part.
Context Menu In the graphics area, right-click and choose Update Part.
In the top view, the two faces you selected are thicker.
5 Make the right viewport active and restore another saved view.
