3 Use LINE to sketch the thin feature.
Context Menu In the graphics area, right-click and choose 2D Sketching

Specify first point: Specify the start point of the line (1)
Specify next point or [Undo]: Specify the end point of the line (2) and press
ENTER
NOTE Turn OSNAP off so that you will not snap to the back face when you pick.
4 Use AMRSOLVESK to solve the sketch, responding to the prompt.
Context Menu In the graphics area, right-click and choose Sketch Solving
Single Profile.
Select part edge to close the profile <open profile>: Press
ENTER
In the Browser, an open profile icon is displayed.
5 Change to the front right isometric view to extrude the profile.

USE AMEXTRUDE to extrude the open profile.
Context Menu In the graphics area, right-click and choose Sketched &
Work Features Extrude.
In the Extrusion dialog box, specify
Operation: Join
Termination: Type: Face
Thickness: Type: Midplane
Thickness: Enter .05
