To nudge selected objects in orthogonal increments, press Ctrl + arrow keys.
Snap mode affects the distance and direction in which the objects are nudged.
Nudge objects with Snap mode turned off: Objects move two pixels at a
time; movement is relative and orthogonal to the screen, regardless of the
view direction or the UCS orientation.
Nudge objects with Snap mode turned on: Objects are moved in increments
specified by the current snap spacing; movement is orthogonal to the X
and Y axes of the current UCS and relative to the view direction.

To move an object using two points
1 Click Home tab Modify panel Move.
2 Select the objects to move.
3 Specify a base point for the move.
4 Specify a second point.
The objects you selected are moved to a new location determined by the
distance and direction between the first and second points.
To move an object using a displacement
1 Click Home tab Modify panel Move.
2 Select the object to move.
3 Enter the displacement in the form of a Cartesian, polar, cylindrical, or
spherical coordinate value. Do not include the @ sign, because a relative
coordinate is assumed.
4 At the prompt for the second point, press Enter.
